No. Start and end times are estimates, and we do not set appointments. Our work is weather dependent and we pride ourselves on giving each job the level of care it requires. If a job takes longer than expected, all later scheduled jobs must be delayed to accommodate. We do our best to communicate schedule changes. Each pool and problem is unique, and when we go underground, we can encounter a myriad of additional issues that need to be addressed, requiring additional work hours. Because of unpredictable project time and the understanding that our client’s time is valuable, we do not require the homeowner to be at home during the time of detection or service. We will communicate with the homeowner as needed before, during and after the job is completed.

Tulsa Pool Boys will provide pool repairs, leak detection, and remodeling to the Tulsa metro area, including Bixby, Jenks, and Glenpool.
