How do I get scheduled?

We do require a non-refundable 50% deposit for services upon approval of the quote and prior to scheduling the service call.

We accept all major credit cards or bank ACH (subject to a 3% transaction fee) or checks mailed or dropped off to:

Repairs will be scheduled once the deposit is received.

Question 2

Do I have to be home for leak detections and repairs?

Accepted Answer

No. Start and end times are estimates, and we do not set appointments. Our work is weather dependent and we pride ourselves on giving each job the level of care it requires. If a job takes longer than expected, all later scheduled jobs must be delayed to accommodate. We do our best to communicate schedule changes. Each pool and problem is unique, and when we go underground, we can encounter a myriad of additional issues that need to be addressed, requiring additional work hours. Because of unpredictable project time and the understanding that our client’s time is valuable, we do not require the homeowner to be at home during the time of detection or service. We will communicate with the homeowner as needed before, during and after the job is completed.

What areas do you service?

Tulsa Pool Boys will provide pool repairs, leak detection, and remodeling to the Tulsa metro area, including Bixby, Jenks, and Glenpool. We will gladly travel to greater Tulsa county and beyond for an additional service fee. Give our office a call if you have questions about whether you live in our typical service area!

Does Tulsa Pool Boys clean pools or provide routine maintenance?

No, Tulsa Pool Boys focuses on the specialized leak detections and repairs for pools and spas. While Tulsa Pool Boys does not clean pools or provide regularly scheduled maintenance, our office team is happy to provide local recommendations.

What can you do for above-ground pools?

Accepted Answer

In above-ground pools, Tulsa Pool Boys works only with the plumbing system. At this time we do not perform above-ground liner inspections or repairs.

Question 6

Do you provide services for vinyl liner pools?

Accepted Answer

While we provide our leak detections and repairs for the plumbing of vinyl pools, we do not work with the vinyl liner itself. Our standard leak detections do not include a visual inspection of the liner for small tears— if this is what you are looking for, please voice this to our office staff when requesting a leak detection! Tulsa Pool Boys does not offer vinyl liner patches or replacements.
