Initial  Walkthrough

The original pool equipment was housed in the nearby basement. Due to a conflict with their new HVAC system, the apartment complex needed to relocate the pool equipment and requested that the equipment be moved outside the building, closer to the pool on a concrete slab.

Our head Pool Boy, Josh, did an initial walkthrough with Central Park to examine their pool facilities and come up with a plan of action.

Construction

In the new plumbing system, our team installed eight pool return lines that connected to the new equipment location, along with two new skimmers. We also replaced the old main drains.

With this being a pool available to all residents, Pool Boys installed two filtration systems. This not only maintains efficiency, but allows for one system to remain running even if the other malfunctions or goes down in some way.

Remodel

The visual design of Central Park's swimming pool went through several iterations, decided by their management team via 3D renderings provided by our team at Tulsa Pool Boys.

In the end, our technicians installed a sheer water feature, along with new entry stairs on the opposite side. Tulsa Pool Boys also reapplied new plaster, decking, and tile to the pool. The result is a slice of urban oasis that will entrance residents and visitors alike!
